Master's degree in cosmetology — a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She completed her Bachelor's degree in cosmetology at Wyższa Szkoła Społeczno-Przyrodnicza im. Wincentego Pola in Lublin (Vincent Pol University).
At the clinic she is responsible for patient care: she guides patients through the entire visit, from the first contact and booking, through arranging the consultation, to support between the successive stages of treatment. She makes sure that at every step the patient knows what to expect.
She previously spent years working with individual clients and leading teams in the health and fitness industry — as a licensed personal trainer, a nutrition and supplementation specialist and a facility manager. That experience translated into an ability to listen, to build relationships and to organise work efficiently.
She has developed her skills at training courses in psychology and coaching, diet therapy and anatomy, as well as at academic conferences devoted to cosmetology and the psychological aspects of working with patients. Outside work she is a keen sportswoman and a lover of travel and a healthy lifestyle.
