What the treatment involves
Microneedling, or microneedle collagen induction, is performed with a modern device whose handpiece is fitted with 16 microneedles. The handpiece delivers hundreds of thousands of precise, controlled punctures, penetrating the skin to an adjustable depth of up to 3 mm.
These micro-injuries trigger the body's natural healing cascade — it releases growth factors and stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. At the same time, the punctures help the active preparations being applied to absorb.
Indications
We recommend this treatment primarily for:
- wrinkles and loss of firmness
- acne, burn and post-traumatic scars
- stretch marks
- discoloration and uneven skin tone
- enlarged pores
- skin with visible capillaries, and in the treatment of hair loss
How the treatment works
We cleanse the skin and, on request, apply a numbing cream. Thanks to the automatic needling function, many patients do not need anesthesia.
We move the handpiece point by point across the treated area while applying the selected preparations. The treatment takes 30–45 minutes.
Results
The skin becomes denser, firmer and more radiant, wrinkles, scars and stretch marks soften, and pores tighten.
Improvement is visible after the first treatment, but the full effect appears at least a month after the last treatment in the series, as collagen rebuilds.
Aftercare
Recovery is short — the skin may be red and slightly swollen for a few hours, and gently pink the next day. Remember to:
- use the post-treatment products selected by your specialist and limit the number of cosmetics
- protect your skin with a high-factor sunscreen
- avoid irritating ingredients and overheating your skin

- wash your skin with gentle products for about a week
- avoid intense physical activity (running, fitness) for 72 hours
- use the pool and sauna only once your skin has healed
- avoid the sun for up to 6 months and use SPF 50+ to prevent discoloration
Contraindications
We do not perform this treatment in cases such as:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
- cancer
- active cold sores
- active, inflammatory acne
- active skin inflammation in the treatment area
Final qualification is carried out by the cosmetologist during the consultation.
