What the treatment involves
Needle mesotherapy involves delivering a nourishing “cocktail” directly into the dermis — most often containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, and peptides. The substances reach exactly where they are meant to act, bypassing the epidermal barrier.
The doctor makes a series of small injections with a fine needle, introducing a product tailored to your skin concern. It is a revitalizing treatment — it improves the skin's quality, hydration, and firmness rather than filling wrinkles like a classic filler.
Indications
Needle mesotherapy works well for tired, dehydrated skin. The most common indications are:
- dry, grey, and lackluster skin
- loss of firmness and elasticity
- fine wrinkles and the first signs of aging
- shadows and “discoloration” under the eyes
- post-acne marks and scars, uneven tone
- as a support for hair loss (scalp)
How the treatment works
The treatment is preceded by selecting a product suited to your skin concern. We optionally apply a numbing cream, which minimizes the sensation of pain.
The doctor then performs a series of injections with a needle, delivering the cocktail into the deeper layers of the skin. The procedure takes 30–60 minutes.
Results
The skin becomes better hydrated, firmer, and more radiant, and its tone becomes more even. Full effects are visible after a series of 3–6 treatments, not after a single injection.
The effect usually lasts 4 to 12 months, depending on consistency — after the initial series, it is worth having top-up treatments every few months.
Aftercare
After the treatment, small bumps may remain at the injection sites, along with redness and sometimes bruises that heal over about a week. To support the effect:
- drink plenty of water during the first days
- avoid the sauna, swimming pool, and intense sunbathing
- use high sun protection (SPF)
- do not touch or massage the skin and postpone makeup for a few hours
It is also worth following our clinical protocol for mesotherapy. The full effect is visible only after a series, usually after about 12 weeks; if any concerning symptoms appear, contact the clinic:
- for the first 24 hours, avoid intense exertion and alcohol
- during healing, wash the skin only with a gentle cleanser
- you may apply cool compresses for swelling (which can persist for a few days)
- wait about 72 hours before wearing full makeup
- due to the risk of discoloration, avoid the sun for up to 6 months and use a UV 50+ filter
Contraindications
We do not perform the treatment in cases such as:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
- active autoimmune diseases
- uncontrolled diabetes
- blood clotting disorders
- a tendency to hypertrophic scars and keloids
- inflammation and skin infections (herpes, acne), as well as hypersensitivity to the product's ingredients
Final eligibility is determined by the doctor during the consultation.

Frequently asked questions
How does mesotherapy differ from wrinkle filling?+
Mesotherapy improves skin quality and hydration (revitalization) rather than filling individual wrinkles like a classic filler.
Does the treatment hurt?+
You feel slight discomfort during the injections; an optional numbing cream reduces it further.
How many treatments are needed?+
Usually a series of 3–6 treatments every 1–4 weeks, followed by top-up treatments every few months.
When will I see the effects?+
The full effect is visible after the entire series; the skin gradually becomes better hydrated and firmer.
How does needle mesotherapy differ from microneedle mesotherapy?+
Needle mesotherapy involves manually delivering the active substances with a needle and syringe. Microneedle mesotherapy is performed with a device fitted with many fine needles, creating thousands of micro-punctures.
Will there be visible marks after the treatment?+
Small bumps, redness, or bruises may appear, which usually disappear within a few days.
How much does needle mesotherapy cost?+
The treatment costs from 500 to 600 zł, depending on the scope and area. You will receive an exact quote during your consultation, and the full breakdown is available in the price list.
