What the treatment involves
Nano-needle mesotherapy, a treatment performed with nano-needles (Nano-needles Pro), is a modern method of transepidermal delivery of active ingredients. Microscopic silicone needles create very shallow channels in the epidermis, through which the active cocktail penetrates the skin.
Unlike classic needle mesotherapy or microneedling, nano-needles work only within the epidermis and do not break the continuity of the dermis. As a result, the treatment is painless, practically bloodless and safe for delicate areas such as the skin around the eyes.
It is a solution for people who want to improve skin hydration, firmness and glow without recovery time and without needles penetrating the deeper layers of the skin.
Indications
We most often recommend nano-needle mesotherapy for:
- dehydrated, dull skin lacking radiance
- the first signs of fatigue and loss of firmness
- delicate skin around the eyes and on the neck
- the need for hydration and radiance without a healing period
- preparing the skin or complementing other skin care treatments
How the treatment works
The treatment is preceded by a consultation and the selection of an active cocktail (for example with hyaluronic acid, vitamins or peptides) suited to your skin's needs. We cleanse the skin thoroughly before application.
Using the nano-needle tip, we work evenly over the chosen area, delivering the active ingredients into the epidermis. The treatment is painless, requires no anesthesia and usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Immediately afterwards, the skin is hydrated and radiant.
Results
Hydration and radiance are usually visible after the very first treatment. The improvement in skin condition, smoothness and color builds up and becomes established over the course of the series.
Because the treatment works superficially, it gives the best results as a course of treatments and as a complement to comprehensive skin care. How long the effect lasts is individual and depends on the condition of your skin and your home care.
Aftercare
The treatment does not interrupt your daily activities and requires no recovery time. For the best effect, remember to:
- use gentle, moisturizing skin care on the day of the treatment
- avoid intense exercise, the sauna and tanning beds for 24 h
- use sun protection with a UV filter
- avoid strongly exfoliating cosmetics (acids, retinol) for 1–2 days
- drink enough water to support skin hydration
Contraindications
Contraindications (a cosmetologist carries out the qualification):
- active inflammation, infections and cold sores in the treatment area
- active pustular acne and lesions of unclear character
- allergy to the ingredients of the active cocktail used
- skin conditions in a flare-up phase (for example atopic dermatitis)
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
The final qualification is carried out by a cosmetologist during the consultation.
