What the treatment involves
Nano-needle mesotherapy is performed with three microneedles just 0.6 mm long. Thanks to such a small penetration depth, the treatment is almost painless and exceptionally safe, and the product reaches exactly the superficial layer of the skin.
It is a method created for the thinnest and most demanding skin — the eye area, the neck and the décolletage. The hydrating and nourishing cocktail that is delivered is absorbed within 48 hours at most.
Indications
We recommend the treatment above all for:
- dehydrated, dry skin
- loss of firmness and tone in delicate areas
- the first signs of aging around the eyes
- thin skin on the neck and décolletage that needs nourishment
- uneven skin tone and a tired-looking complexion
How the treatment works
The treatment is preceded by a consultation and the selection of the product. Anesthesia is usually not needed, but we can apply it on request, for example in the eye area.
We perform a series of shallow, point injections, depositing the product closely spaced within the skin. The treatment takes 15 to 45 minutes and allows you to return to your daily activities right away.
Results
The skin gains better hydration, tone and a more rested appearance; microcirculation improves, as do skin tone and structure.
The effect builds up with the series of treatments, as the stimulated fibroblasts produce collagen and elastin; the results usually last 4 to 12 months.
Aftercare
The treatment is minimally invasive and requires no recovery time. Remember to:
- protect the skin with sunscreen
- avoid heavy makeup, the sauna and exercise for 24 hours
- moisturize the skin regularly as recommended
Beyond that, follow our clinical recommendations for mesotherapy. The treatment works superficially, so recovery is minimal and the effect builds up after a series of treatments; report any unusual symptoms to the clinic:
- for the first few days, wash your face with a gentle cleanser
- if swelling appears, cool compresses bring relief
- drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day for approx. 2 weeks
- to protect against discoloration, limit sun exposure (for up to 6 months) and use a UV filter 50+
Contraindications
We do not perform the treatment in cases such as:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
- active inflammation and skin infections at the treatment site
- active cold sores
- autoimmune diseases and cancer
- blood clotting disorders
- a tendency to keloids and allergy to the ingredients of the product
The final qualification is carried out by a cosmetologist during the consultation.
