What the treatment involves
Endermologia LPG Alliance® is a non-invasive mechanical tissue massage performed with a head with moving rollers that roll a fold of skin. This stimulation boosts microcirculation, lymphatic drainage and the activity of fat cells and fibroblasts.
The treatment supports body contouring, improved skin firmness and the reduction of swelling. You have it in a special suit (endermowear), which ensures comfort and hygiene. It is a supportive method — it delivers the best effects combined with physical activity and a balanced diet.
Indications
We recommend the treatment for problems with skin quality and body shape. The most common indications are:
- cellulite of various degrees
- localised excess fat tissue
- lax, less firm skin
- venous-lymphatic circulation disorders and swelling
- lymph stagnation and a feeling of heavy legs
- supporting scar regeneration and recovery after injuries
How the treatment works
You put on the endermowear suit, and we move the LPG head across the body according to the selected programme.
The rollers gently suction and massage the tissue — the sensations are pleasant and relaxing. A standard treatment takes 40–60 minutes (the express version about 20 minutes). The recommended series is 10–20 sessions, initially 2–3 times a week, then less often — as maintenance.
Results
You will usually notice the first effects — smoother, firmer skin and lighter legs — after 4–5 treatments.
A regular series improves skin firmness, reduces swelling and the appearance of cellulite, and supports circumference contouring. In studies, the greatest effectiveness was observed in reducing body circumferences; the improvement in cellulite itself can be moderate, and the effect requires maintenance.
Aftercare
The treatment requires no recovery time. To enhance the effects:
- drink at least 2 litres of water a day
- maintain a balanced diet
- keep up regular physical activity
- have treatments regularly and continue with a maintenance series
Contraindications
We do not perform it, among others, in cases of:
- pregnancy and in the first months after childbirth (about 3 months, and after a caesarean section about 6 months)
- cancer
- phlebitis, thrombosis and the use of anticoagulant medications
- a hernia in the treatment area
- infections and active skin lesions
- concerning nodules, lipomas or haemangiomas at the treatment site
The final qualification is carried out by the cosmetologist during the consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Does endermologia remove cellulite permanently?+
The treatment improves the appearance of the skin and reduces cellulite, but the effect is not permanent — after the series it requires maintenance. It works best combined with diet and exercise.
Does the treatment hurt?+
No. The rolling of the skin is pleasant and relaxing. Occasionally, at intense settings, temporary minor bruising may appear.
After how many treatments are effects visible?+
Usually after 4–5 sessions. A more lasting improvement is achieved with a full series of 10–20 treatments performed 2–3 times a week.
Does endermologia replace weight loss?+
No. It is a method that supports body contouring and skin improvement, not a treatment for excess weight. Its effects are supported by a healthy lifestyle.
What should I wear for the treatment?+
The treatment is performed in a special endermowear suit, which you will receive at the clinic — it provides comfort, hygiene and effective operation of the treatment head.
How much does Endermologia LPG Alliance® cost?+
The cost of the treatment depends on its length. An express 20-minute treatment costs 150 zł, and a 40-minute treatment costs 350 zł.
