What it involves
An aesthetic medicine consultation ends not with one treatment but with a coherent rejuvenation strategy - our signature anti-ageing programme, which the physician develops specifically for you. Instead of temporarily 'putting out' individual wrinkles, we look at the whole face, the condition of the skin and the pace at which it ages.
The visit is long and honest: a review of your health, the medications you take, your lifestyle and expectations, along with an assessment of the skin. On this basis, a schedule is created that combines in-clinic treatments with recommendations for daily home care.
Such a holistic approach has a medical basis - skin ageing is the result of internal factors (genetics, the passage of time) and external ones (sun, tobacco smoke, diet), which is why the best results come from acting on several levels at once, rather than a single treatment once in a while.
Indications
We address the consultation to people who want to care for their face in the long term, not just correct a single flaw. It works well for cases such as:
- the first signs of ageing and a desire for prevention
- dynamic wrinkles and static wrinkles
- loss of firmness, elasticity and a sagging facial oval
- loss of volume around the cheeks and temples
- uneven colour, discolouration and grey, tired skin
- a desire to organise previous, haphazard skin care
How the visit works
We start with a detailed consultation and skin assessment - this is the most important stage, because the whole plan depends on it.
Next, the physician draws up a schedule: selecting treatments (e.g. hydration, collagen biostimulation, wrinkle correction), setting their order and intervals, and recommending home care. The subsequent stages are carried out according to the plan, and the effects and tolerance are assessed on an ongoing basis during follow-up visits.
What to expect
The effects appear gradually and build up as the plan progresses - the skin becomes better hydrated, firmer and more radiant, and the facial features look rested and naturally rejuvenated.
The plan also works preventively: regular maintenance of the results slows the visible signs of ageing, instead of catching up on them after years.
Recommendations
Post-treatment recommendations depend on the specific procedure in a given stage - you will receive them each time in writing. Universal principles worth weaving into your daily routine are:
- daily sun protection (SPF) all year round
- regular skin hydration and care selected by the physician
- avoiding tobacco smoke and excess alcohol
- a healthy diet, adequate hydration and sleep
- sticking to the agreed schedule of visits
Contraindications
We tailor the plan individually, but we do not perform the individual treatments in cases such as:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
- active skin infections at the treatment site (e.g. herpes, active acne)
- autoimmune diseases in an active phase
- blood coagulation disorders
- cancer under treatment
The final qualification is carried out by the physician during the consultation.
Pricing

The final cost is agreed during the consultation, once your plan is set.
Frequently asked questions
How does the rejuvenation plan differ from a single treatment?+
It is a planned, multi-stage strategy tailored to your skin, rather than a one-off procedure - thanks to which the effects are more natural and lasting.
How long does the whole plan take?+
It usually spreads over several months; the exact schedule is set by the physician during the consultation, depending on your needs and the treatments chosen.
Are the treatments in the plan painful?+
It depends on the treatments that make up the plan - some are practically painless, while for others we use local anaesthesia.
When will I see the effects?+
The effects become noticeable while the plan is being carried out; some (e.g. those adding volume) are visible almost immediately, others (collagen biostimulation) after a few weeks.
Do I have to change my home care?+
Usually yes - home care is an integral part of the plan and the physician will recommend specific products and habits.
Who is this consultation for?+
Both for people with the first signs of ageing and for those who want to organise and maintain their existing results.
