Specialist in internal medicine and allergology, MD PhD, and an aesthetic medicine doctor. In 2013 she defended her doctoral thesis on the clinical phenotypes of aspirin-hypersensitive asthma at the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
She has worked in aesthetic medicine for over 16 years. She gained her first experience at the clinic of Dr Elisabeth Dancey in London. She takes part in industry courses and conferences and also runs training sessions for doctors.
She is the founder of the Dr Kuschill MEDESTETIS Clinic in Kraków (2010) and in Warsaw (2016). In 2015 and 2016 the clinics were named the best aesthetic medicine clinics in Poland in the Gala Beauty Stars poll.
She is a member of the Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine, the Polish Society of Allergology, the World Society of Interdisciplinary Aesthetic & Interdisciplinary Medicine (WOSIAM) and the European Society for Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology (ESCAD).
In her work she places emphasis on the safety of the treatment and of post-treatment care, and on a result that preserves the patient's natural features.
