What the treatment involves

Complete – redness reduction is a signature MEDESTETIS procedure designed for vascular and redness-prone skin. It is a multi-stage therapy aimed at calming redness, evening out skin tone, rebuilding the skin's protective barrier and improving its comfort and resistance to irritants.

The protocol works on several levels — it combines gentle skin preparation, a redness-reducing stage using laser therapy, the application of tropocollagen to support the rebuilding of skin structures, and soothing LED phototherapy. The therapy is complemented by home skincare and support from within, and a skin regeneration period (at least 15 days) is scheduled between the stages.

This comprehensive, staged formula allows vascular skin to be managed safely and gradually, avoiding excessive irritation. We recommend Complete to anyone in Kraków and Warsaw looking for a structured redness reduction plan rather than single, ad hoc treatments. The scope and course of the therapy are always set by your cosmetologist during the consultation.

Indications

We consider the Complete – redness reduction procedure primarily for:

  • vascular and hyperreactive skin
  • persistent redness on the cheeks, nose and chin
  • a tendency to flushing and a feeling of “hot” skin
  • a weakened protective barrier and skin hypersensitivity
  • uneven skin tone with a vascular component
  • the need for a structured, staged care plan for vascular skin

How the treatment works

The therapy is preceded by a consultation during which your cosmetologist assesses the severity of the redness and the condition of your skin barrier, then selects the stages and treatment parameters.

Preparation stage: calming and strengthening the skin and preparing it for the treatments that follow, so as to limit the risk of irritation.

Redness reduction stage: a treatment using laser therapy aimed at reducing redness, supported by the application of tropocollagen.

Soothing and skincare stage: LED phototherapy to calm the skin, along with recommendations on home skincare and sun protection. A regeneration period (at least 15 days) is scheduled between the stages.

Results

The goal of Complete therapy is to gradually calm redness, even out skin tone and improve the comfort and resilience of vascular skin. The skin may become less reactive and tolerate everyday skincare better.

Results build up over several weeks and are individual — they depend on the initial condition of your skin, the causes of the redness and how closely you follow the recommendations. MEDESTETIS does not guarantee any specific result.

Aftercare

After these treatments, vascular skin requires gentle care and consistent protection. Remember to:

  • apply a high-protection SPF 30–50+ cream daily, including in autumn and winter
  • avoid factors that intensify redness: hot baths, the sauna, spicy food and alcohol
  • care for your skin using only the gentle products recommended by your specialist
  • avoid mechanical exfoliation and vigorous rubbing of the skin
  • limit intense physical exercise for a few days

If you experience severe irritation or any unusual symptoms, contact the MEDESTETIS clinic.
